Not bad for price
This hotel was in a great location and for the value and price worth it. If you’re not spending much time in the room, it’s OK. The beds aren’t that comfortable and it’s very old. It needs a renovation, but there are some cool perks to it with the Art in the lobby the room just needs some TLC Overall I would stay there again for the price, but I’m a huge fan of Lowe’s and stay there usually.

Hotel near CHOP
My husband, child and I were staying over to be close to CHOP, as he had surgery the next day. We had to call down for heater/air conditioning twice as it was not working at all. There was garbage underneath the night stand, the tv stand, and the in the bathroom.

Husband and I came for one night. Check in was smooth and friendly. Valet available, be aware the charge is $59. Very nice lobby area, decorated beautifully for the holidays. Drinks at the bar were very good and reasonably priced. Avoid the beers in the refrigerator in the lobby. Both beers my husband chose were skunked. Front desk staff removed each from our bill without issue. Room was fair, a bit outdated. Furniture could use a refresh and the bed was a bit hard, but for one night was manageable. Very convenient location. Would stay again.

I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the hotel. It’s run down and clearly needs a facelift. It felt dirty and we got a dark room with the AC condenser unit making noise all night outside our windows. Asked staff 3 times for a rollaway bed before we finally got one at 11 pm!
