For one day its ok

The positive aspects are probably the price, location, and cleanliness. The negative aspects are the lack of evening supervision of the guesthouse, as well as the guests are different, as we had to calm down three young people who were drinking alcohol and smoking until 2 a.m. The guesthouse can be locked from the inside with a deadbolt, making it impossible to open it from the outside with a key. It is unclear who came up with this idea, but there were issues with accessing the guest house as someone had locked the door. We recommend staying there for one night, but no more.

Otopark sorunu hariç iyi bir deneyimdi

3 kişilik odada kaldık. Oda dar sıkışık ama konsept bu şekilde o yüzden sorun değildi. Giriş ve çıkışımızı hızlıca yaptık. Fatoş Hanım genel olarak ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Otelin konumu çok iyi, 2dk da hemen ayvalığın en canlı lokasyonlarındasınız. Temizlik yeterli düzeydeydi. Otelin bazı ek imkanları, ortak mutfak, çatı katı ve zemin katta oturmalık alan, olması da iyiydi. Tek sorun aracınızı bırakacak bir yer yok. Mecburen en yakındaki (direk otelin dibinde) ücretli otoparka koyduk. Fiyatı çok absürd değildi, hatta pansiyonda kalanlara bir tık avantajlı bir fiyat sunuyorlar. Ama sonuçta otopark da ekstra bir gider kalemi oluyor. Pansiyonun konumu eski ayvalığın merkezinde olduğu için bina eski ve tarihi denebilir. Doğal olarak da sokaklar çok ama çok dar. İki araba zaten geçemez, bazen tek araç bile zor geçiyor ve köşeyi zor dönüyor. Acemi şoförlerin hiç o sokaklara girmeden araçlarını ana caddeye yakın yerlere bırakmaları gerekir. Genel anlamda f/p olarak iyi bir seçenek.

Güzel dekore edilmiş, temiz, ortak kullanımda ufak bir mutfağı ve buzdolabı var. Midilli dönüşü 1 gece konakladık. Geçen sene de kalmıştık, memnun kaldık diye bu sene yine geldik. Merkeze yakın, odalar / banyo temiz.

Merhabalar haziran 2025 de Şahmaran pansiyon da eşimle birlikte kaldık. Odalar çok temiz, Fatoş hanım çok güler yüzlü ve elimden geldiği kadarıyla her şeye yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Banyo ve tuvalet ortak kullanım alanı. Güzel bir bahçesi ve terası var. Ayvalık a gelecek olanlara kesinlikle önereceğim tam bir fiyat performans ürünü olan pansiyon.
