We had an average experience in our stay of 5 nights. What we liked :- Location : Walking distance from MRT (metro) which makes it convenient to explore the city. Couple of coffee shops including Starbucks in the same building, and many restaurants nearby. Cleanliness - Room & bathroom was very clean. What we did not like :- Service : Housekeeping is only available between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on weekdays only. Any request outside these hours might not be accommodated. We requested for a change of pillow on the first night but it was only changed the next day. We arrived after 9:00 pm so we couldn't have requested earlier. So we ended up sleeping on pillows extremely uncomfortable for us. (we have no complaints about the staff though, they were polite at all times). Value : We think the service and facilities offered do not meet the standards for a 4-star hotel and the price that we paid.

Disappointed Stay
Its was not a pleasant experience , firstly we was not allowed to check in although is 2pm, we was told to return at 3pm for check-in. We went to Starbucks for a drink and return to the hote around 4pm l but was told only 1 room is ready and the other still needed sometimes. Well four of us went to the ready room waited like 30mins and key passed to us. Got back to the room and realised the twin bed was so small . In short this place is not suitable for staycation which i will advised all my friends and relatives this was not the choices for their staycation .

Lovely hotel
I stayed at the Citdaines Rochor for 4 nights while visiting Singapore for a wedding. The hotel itself is brand new, with a lovely pool deck and nice rooms. I stayed in a studio, which was very spacious for one guest and could comfortably fit a couple. The room was fully appointed, with a very nice bathroom, excellent shower products, an iron and ironing board, and a hair blow dryer (among other things). This made the room the ideal place for get ready for a number of back to back events. The bed was very comfortable, and the pool was an excellent way to unwind after a long day in Singapore. Finally, the hotel is very well placed for both public transport and taxis, and the Little India neighborhood is vibrant and fun.

Good convenient location but lacking signboards for direction to street drop off/pick up zone. Lovely room and furnishing but let down by firm bedding and pillows which are not great for side sleepers or back pain sufferers.
