They always say hospitality in the south is the best - and this hotel truly reflects that. The manager, Will, was so kind and helpful the morning we arrived after missing a connection flight. Overnight stay

I needed extra pillows to prop up on while sleeping due to being pregnant. We checked in after housekeeping had left, the consierge had no problem going to get the pillows for me. Thanks to him I was able to have a comfortable sleep!

Super nice

We were in Knoxville for a smokies game. This hotel is fantastic. Downtown and close to everything. The firefly outdoor bar is really nice and great place to hav a nightcap. Since we couldn’t check in until 2, the staff graciously allowed us to hang out at the pool (located on the 3rd floor with nice city views) until our room was ready. And compared to the other downtown luxury hotels, this Hilton was a great value.
