Solid reliable large hotel. Staff are friendly and try to make it earn a welcoming but it’s all grey concrete and fairly monolithic in design, like a giant conference hotel. It’s a little old in places but not tattered. But tbh you’re not there for the hotel features, you’re there for Disney. It’s close to parks and Disney springs is short walk. I complaints.

Everyone is super kind. Just never enough staff for check in and this is our 3rd stay and it’s always at least a 40 min line. It’s a conference hotel which is to be expected, but there is only ever 2 desk agents. The bed is also one of the most uncomfortable ever slept on.
