Comfortable and Great Value for your Money
The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony and view of the creek. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I have stayed at Borda Hotel several times in the last couple of years, However the room I recently stay in is at the top of the building and close to the elevator which was quiet, but the bathroom vent was close to some fans on the roof that sometimes were a little noisy. Also, there was limited hot water. Other than that, it is a great place to stay, great value for your money, I'll definitely stay there for my next trip to Cuernavaca

It was a nice hotel it was clean AC did work. The only thing is that below us there was a group of people being too loud and had music even passed 11pm they should respect others, or maybe staff should of asked to like it down, and no mini fridge that would of been a plus

Disappointing, could easily be more welcoming
Spacious rooms with large terrace and view. No welcome or smiles at check-in or during stay. Evening staff especially unfriendly. Room was cleaned only twice during 5 nights. Located 1 km from centro and Catedral, but with unpleasant uphill walk with narrow lanes, steps and traffic.

Had a jard time finding hotel location is wrong i chose this hotel beacause price an location google maps and hotels.com show hotel 3 blocks away towards downtown and is wrong. I even had to help a rappi delivery guy to find the hotel cause he was also having a hard tjme finfing hotel. Is scary where the hot is located looks unsafe

When we arrive there were issues with our reservation, they couldn't find it even when showing the reservation code. After a few minutes they finally found it and placecus in a room tgat had) no view (reservation stated had a view ).Room had hair on floors, sheets looked dirty /stained like make up ,towels had yellow stains and looked dirty too. I wasn't happy regarding cleanliness Next morning they move us to a different room with a view, room was more cleaned than the previous one.
