The employees of this hotel were amazing. Very informative and our room was always kept clean. The continental breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. The building can do some work and the tub had a little bit of rust in it. That would be the only complaint that I have.

Stains and roaches

We booked the hotel based on the pool being an amenity offered. Upon checking in we found out the pool was not in working order, there were cockroaches in the picture frames on the wall, stains on the sheets and no breakfast aside from grey sausage and dried out eggs. I did not get my deposit back because the sheets were already stained upon my stay and I did not let them know, they obviously knew when they put them on the bed that they had a purple stain (what would that have even come from)!! This establishment is a nightmare from start to finish, do not stay here!!

Cold water and cold "eggs"

About 10 minutes before our arrival, they called to inform us that the hot water was out. It was too late to cancel and find another room so we decided to not cancel the reservation. Room was clean and beds were comfortable so hot water not a huge deal for a 1 night stay. Continental breakfast was terrible. The eggs were a frozen egg substitute that were cold and soggy. If not for the waffle, this would have been a 1 star. Coffee was below average but tolerable. Not my worst hotel experience, but definitely top 5 worse.

The room that we were assigned originally had a few issues. They immediately reassigned a new room. The people there are very considerate and professional! The rooms are clean, but the bathroom was dated. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean! The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had several options! Good nights sleep at an economical price.
