Room was clean and close to the Thai district and subway station. However the process of checking in more difficult than it needed to be. Beforehand I called if I could leave my luggage at the hotel as I arrived in LA early, upon arrival I was told they will not hold my luggage. The over all attitude of the staff member with his child running around was was not good either. I came back and upon check in by the same person I was told they will not accept the card I made the booking with because its a debt card and cannot run it as credit. I then told them I didn't have a credit card on me and I'd told them have to go back to the luggage storage to get it, upon return I found that staff member cancelled my reservation. Luckily the other person on staff wasn't detestable to deal with and got me checked in at the rate I had booked.

Aunque se suponía que el hotel tenía desayuno incluido, ya estando allá nos dijeron que el servicio no estaba disponible, Esto se debe avisar antes. Además aún con contingencia en otros hoteles aún se sigue sirviendo desayuno, respetando las medidas de higiene necesarias. La persona que estaba en la recepción se encerraba en la misma y no nos permitía entrar a algunos, solo a los que el quería

Rony front desk unfriendly unprofessional ,he doesn't care about an issue i had with bathroom has big mold also i asked to accommodate me an a different room and he ignored me also i ask for refund he say no ask me to wait for next day ,,and ill wait and he gave me a room where noise was so bad next to the hospital street noise was horrible

Hotel bem localizado, limpo, organizado, seguro, ótimo custo benefício e estacionamento grátis. O único defeito é que as paredes são finas e não tem isolamento acústico, vc acaba escutando até as conversas dos quartos ao lado.

El señor que nos atendió por la noche fue muy mal educado y borde .. la habitacion muy vieja , insectos incluso dentro de los cuadros, el baño muy viejo y oxidado , lo único bueno es que la cama era cómoda.

The place didn't seem clean and it look unsafe. The receptionist (owner ?) of the place was behind a glass very worry about his own protection, which tells me that the place is not safe. I scheduled my visit for checking in on Wednesday 29th, and don't know how or who changed it to Monday Dec 27, so I got no refund.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. LA - Hollywood Blvd is by itself dirty so our expectations were low since this property is close to the Blvd. I love the fact that the cleaning staff was on top of everything. This place is a little ran down and old but still pretty affordable for the area. Since it is close to hospitals, the sirens were nonstop all night. Location is a plus only if u can put up with sirens at night.

Too convenient to not stay.

Not an impressive facility. Parking is on site but sometimes very difficult to park. Room OK but could use some cosmetic work. Have stayed many times because of proximity to medical facilities.
