The room was nice and clean. The staff was overall very nice. The airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel was horrible. Waited more than an hour and the shuttle never came. When I called the 800 number for the hotel, the person who spoke with me on the phone did not even know that there was a shuttle available.’ The shuttle going to the airport was fine. The complete drawback of this was that hotel.com advertised this hotel has been literally a couple of blocks from Hollywood Boulevard rather than 13 miles away. Very deceptive.
