Great hotel right on the sea front so good location for beach but also only few mins walk to marina and city shops etc. Staff were always available, very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom was very clean. Have stayed here before and would definitely use again. Area felt safe and good for families. Family room was good size.

We stayed for 3 nights. Our room overlooked the marina which was lovely. The room was clean and beds comfortable. We did not eat in the hotel so can’t comment on that. Right on the beach and within walking distance of bus station and shops. A trip to The Mumbles is recommended.

Room was fine. Reception staff really polite. Great Location for a hotel. Parking £5 extra. Bar not so good. Bar always has one person serving and 4 people waiting. Eggs swimming in grease and snotty. Bacon under cooked. Beans one lump or two. Would stay again, but would go out for breakfast.
