The room was basic but clean and surprisingly comfortable as when I initially looked at the bed I didn't think it would be. There was a great selection for breakfast but what made our stay was the super friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Thank you.

Family stay
Firstly the service was amazing. Nothing was too much and as a family we would like to say thank you to all the staff, including the chef as our dinners on the friday evening were lovely and we really enjoyed breakfast too. We had requested 2 twins and on arrival were given a twin and a double. We went to look at the double but it was road side which was v noisy - we requested to go back to a twin but they did say they had none. A shame as it was in our booking. We were however given a double on the quieter side of the hotel - which was really appreciated. On initial impressions I did think the bed was going to be uncomfy - a mattress topper slightly smaller than the bed itself, however it was a good bed so no complaints. Overall what made it for us were the staff. Friendly, accommodating and nothing was too much. If our daughter does end up at Swansea Uni we will definitely be back.
