this is our 5th time stopping at Even Avalon, we love it, convenient for stopping in between places we live going to, awesome staff and breakfast; the only thing we have noticed in the few years we have been staying is the cost of parking is not good, we stopped when it was free originally and the qr codes never work with getting codes from text, the other thing we are not keen on is the jump in the deposit required from $50 to $100 hmmm

I didn’t stay at your hotel I canceled my reservation because of the added fees that you guys charged and I wasn’t made aware of before booking. Now I have to pay for this room anyway and I don’t think that is fair. I will never book with you guys again.

I really wanted to love this hotel. It really is overall pretty good! But, for a wellness hotel it’s missing some marks on sound sleep which is essential for wellness. Blue light alarm clock and AC pad, black light curtains that don’t close all the way, and a whistling mini fridge all disturbed our night. There’s also no insulation on the inside walls around the bathroom apparently because you can have full conversations while in the shower. Besides all that, the attendant was friendly, parking was cheap, and the rooms are cute and well-equipped.

A somewhat “hidden” oasis, just across the street from Avalon and close to Downtown Alpharetta. Clean, quiet, incredibly friendly and helpful service. Great communication from the property prior to check in, genuinely friendly and warm reception at check in, spotless and modern amenities. Even the process of using the breakfast voucher was easy. Definitely a location I will consider for another “staycation”.
