A lot of traffic look like drug dealing going on around the premises security didn't pay it no attention

ot as nice as shown in pictures!
The rooms where dirty, cup rings on tables led me to believe proper sanitation wasn’t completed. The bathroom shower floor was dark-brown and the toilet had small hairs on it. We faced a condo with no real city views and the location attracts lots of weirdos and cop activities. Parking garage is a joke!

Not our best experience
Everything was closed (restaurant, bar, sitting area, pool, skywalk etc), the hotel was filled with homeless due to a contract they have with the city to house them but it was not disclosed prior to our stay. One of the homeless confronted and threatened us in the parking garage. They were all over outside the building and parking ramp smoking and loitering around making it uncomfortable for myself and daughters. The beds are only doubles and were very uncomfortable. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were running so it took forever to get anywhere with limited capacity and the homeless constantly going in & out.

Stayed here before and recommended it. Now understaffed and under construction. Disappointed.

Wont recommend its worse to stay there

We were not made aware that the hotel was housing the homeless until we arrived to check in and saw many of them in the lobby and other areas of the hotel. We were unsure of our safety if we chose to stay there, so we canceled our reservation upon arrival and stayed at the Moxy downtown. We had an amazing experience there. I feel like they should disclose this type of information to potential guests. They had no problem sending out an email prior to check in that stated if you didn't wear a mask, you wouldn't be able to stay there. They could add the info about their position on housing the homeless to their paying patrons. That would be a common curtesy.

The parking ramp is very small. If you dont get one of the few spots, you have to park across the street in a ramp that is $25/night. Bed was not comfy. Old school springs poking me. Clean and nice staff.

The staff was wonderful but the overall cleanliness and appearance was not the same as in the photos.
