I really enjoyed the Hampton downtown Minneapolis. Right in the middle of the action. Its slick, Urbane and stylish. The front desk staff was polite friendly knowledgeable and eager to help me habe a great stay. Randy in particular went above and beyond as I needed a few local tips. Great room..comfy and secure.

We were done in the cities for my chemotherapy and with the risk of staying at anywhere other than home due to covid the front desk personnel made sure we had a room that has been vacant for 7 days! That was going above and beyond and we appreciated it!!

Great check in Richard was helpful and friendly. Quiet and wonderful first night but loud and rude guests the last two nights made it difficult. The staff and comfort of hotel itself was excellent.

Breakfast was kind of lame. I've been to other Hampton Inn properties during the pandemic and they had better options. Not even coffee available behind the counter.
