Will come back again
Singaporean family of 6, hard to fault anything. Most staff can speak basic English and attention is rendered to all appopriately, young and old. Onsen has different pool and some are not just warm enough for young kids to soak and enjoy. Food great Sleep mattress is Beauty Rest, futon might be alittle too thin for me but good for all kids.

Very nice hotel. Best feature was the Onsen . Staff was amazingly friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast included for our stay it had a lot of variety. We had the option to be shuttled to 4 different ski resorts nearby . They picked us up when we arrived at the bus stop we made prior arrangements with them. They shuttled us to the train station when we departed. For supper we made reservations at nearby restaurants the Lime resort shuttled us there and we walked back about 12 min after dinner. I highly recommend the Lime Resort.

Great hotel w pick up n drop off non peak season
The hotel is new, cleaned and chic. Only drawback is their drivers don’t speak English and there is only 1 restaurant. Hotel offers pick up and drop off at train station, all the ski parks nearby and restaurants between 9-6. breakfast buffet was great and their front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English. I checked in on a Sunday and left on a Thur, and there were some noisy kids running around the hallway at 7am on Thur which was a bit annoying. Special thanks to front desk staff Yukari, Miho and Kohei who have been giving me lots of help with their good English skills and hospitality. I recommend this hotel to friends and family in HK and US and will visit again.

Great location near many Myoko Kogen ski resorts. Well kept facilities. Great onsen. Very close reach from the highway, yet quiet and secluded.

I was extremely happy with all the customer service. Room was great, onsen was very enjoyable, food was ok but expensive. The only thing I disliked were the bed pillows. I would definitely stay there again but bring my own pillow. 🙂

Beautiful hotel
Great place to stay for skiing in Myoko Kogen. Great onsen and excellent quality breakfast. A bit far from the main strip of Akakura onsen. Given the lack of public transport in myoko will require taxi to get back to the hotel after dinner in the town centre.

Our family had a great time at Myoko Lime Resort. I was a little surprised that there wasn't a shower in the room but that was my fault for not reading the description of the room well. In the end it wasn't a big deal because there is a shower on every floor and they are very clean. Plus, there is an onsen. The food was amazing. Our daughters loved everything about the hotel and can't wait to go back.

Enjoyed our stay!
The dinner was nice, they have a small buffet table with selected main course...delicious and a bit like fine dining....nice! Japanese room type A was a bit small for 4 people, but was comfy enough! Common area, especially the Library area was super comfy! Good for reading and best if they can serve complimentary coffee there, then will make it exceptional! Too bad they don’t have that! love that they have a ping pong table! Onsen was very nice both indoor and outdoor with apples in some of the tub! Very nice!

Booked a 3-night stay at this lovely, boutique hotel, but turned out we only stayed one night (though not the fault of the hotel). Location - Proximity to various ski resorts nearby. Hotel even offered a free pick up from Myoko-Kogen Station which was a short 5-min drive away. Service - Prompt email replies prior to our stay and also on the day of check-in. Thumbs up! Room - Was beautiful. I think this hotel was newly renovated so everything looks new and lovely. Very very spacious rooms. Although the rooms didn't have the shower facilities, they were conveniently located on the same floor as our room. Very clean as well. Meals/Restaurants - Very very good service. Attentive and took time to explain to us some dishes which looked rather foreign to us :). Bearing in mind though, that we were the ONLY 3 guests at the restaurant for both the dinner and breakfast! I wanna do a special shout-out to the hotel manager, Mr Masahiro Ouchi. As mentioned, we initially planned to stay 3 nights as we were in the area for skiing. That said, this year's weather has been erratic and as a result, when we arrived at Myoko, there was no snow! :( We were left stranded in Myoko with little to do since our plan was just to ski! We spoke to Mr Ouchi and he kindly allowed us to shorten our stay and offered a full refund (which was not their usual cancellation policy). Not forgetting that he spoke English which made our conversation a lot easier! Special credit goes to him for the flexibility a
