Location chosen because of its centrality to the activities we were there for. Greeted with kindness at front desk. Good customer service and helpfulness. Our room was very neat, clean, and organized. The beds were mercilessly uncomfortable and should be replaced methinks (room 210). It would be outstanding to continue to allow guests to complete a breakfast order form so you can bag up meals, but skip charging for them. I’d would stay here again!

This was a great two night stay in the Northgate area - busy property but the front desk staff was friendly and handled all efficiently. Appreciated the advance and during stay communication from the Front Office Manager. While probably automated it is still a nice service touchpoint that is underutilized by most hotels.

Loved this place! We booked a room that seemed to be more geriatric friendly, saw there were rooms with a jacuzzi in them and kindly asked to upgrade. The staff was more than willing, they were kind, and overall great communicators. The place was clean, the AC/heat worked great, everything was 10/10.

Pool was closed which was big disappointment. Carpeted staircase smelled like someone peed up and down it. Parking was so tight, struggled to get a minivan parked and when it was parked, couldn't open the doors, had to crawl out the back. Beds were good! Slept great.

This is a late 1950's / early 60's Hotel/Motel. It has been somewhat updated/renovated. It is quirky place that is interesting but has rough edges because of the basic structure of the building. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, we had no issues with them. When we arrived, the toilet in our room was running constantly. That was fixed quickly enough but you have to wonder why the cleaning staff didn't report it. Breakfast is a "sack breakfast" you select from a limited menu. Not terrible, but not what you would expect. The building renovations made navigating around the property interesting. As I said quirky. Not a place we are likely to return to.
