We continue to come back to this property not only for convenience but the service is excellent. Front desk, restaurant, etc. are all superior. The food offerings at the restaurant are also great. Some of the furnishings throughout the hotel are starting to show some extended wear and tear, is about the only negative comment I could have; nothing that would deter me from returning or recommending to others.

Once check in, I realized that my online request for a tub was not applied to my room reservation. An available room with a tub but not bed preference was found. The room was extremely cold, the bathtub that I wanted was stained and dingy, and the good in the restaurant was not good and made me sick

On 1/15 door knob would not open we had to sit outside our rom over 2 hrs, and I have a rare bone disease. Very uncomfortable, they moved us to another room that was better. They stated they would credit us $45 and credit valet parking fees they did not credit all days.

No More Stays at Marriot Hotels
I generally stay at Hilton Embassy Suite Hotels, but was unable to secure a room for the Presidential Inauguration, and was able to book accommodations at what appeared to be a renowned Marriot. The room was small, faucets leaked, and furnishings could have been better. Customer Service nonexistent as I ordered delivered food, which sat at the reception area until it was cold, without arrival notification. The restaurant in the hotel had a very limited menu. Overall, I found the service austere for the price, and will never choose another Marriot stay.
