Welcoming, friendly reception staff. Spacious, clean room. Breakfast was good, I also thought the decor in the dining room was well thought out. Lovely pool on the roof, that caught the sun. Handy for the historical town centre and sea front. Would recommend.

A jewel in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz.

Hotel in the middle of the town. Very fine roof sun terrace with pool/jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Rooms on front had a balcony but nose from the street (talkingf) in night. Could be quieter at the back. (Room 501 had a patio at the back). The street has parking but very lucky to find place. The main free parking area by the sea is large but you might have to walk 8 - 10 minutes (we were lucky and walked shorter). A taxi will drop you off at the hotel, one way or another, if you are driving it is not simple to find the way at first. We were there in the coldest part of the year. Don't know how it would be in the hottest.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Super Ausgangslage fĂŒr Unternehmungen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist vielseitig und vollkommend ausreichend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Strasse. GegenĂŒber ist eine Bar. Nachts war es sehr laut und man ist immer wieder aufgewacht. Zum GlĂŒck hatte ich Ohrstöpsel mit. Deswegen einen Punkt Abzug. Aber sonst Top!
