Great stay at the Movenpick. We enjoyed the quick check in and beautiful room/property. Just wish that the bedding wasn’t so thick and hot and that the pillows were firmer. However, to be fair, we didn’t ask them to be changed. The airport shuttle was quick, comfortable and efficient.

Je déplore ici le fait que malgré un prix très élevé mais dans la gamme 5 étoiles, nous avons été traité avec suspicion (pourquoi ? Nos origines peut-être ?) mais surtout que la qualité de service à laquelle nous sommes censés prétendre fut malheureusement totalement absente… Autre précision : malgré les remarques le jour du départ: la responsable de la réception feint ne rien entendre en cherchant si ce n’est à minimiser l’impact de notre mauvaise expérience, limite à nous démentir.. Pathétique :/

Bel hôtel mais hélas sans «service » 5 étoiles !

Hôtel très bien en apparence, chek-in ok sauf que: chambre très très éloigné de l’ascenseur (parcourir 200 mètres jusqu’au fonds du couloir) carte qui ne cesse de se désactiver (obliger à chaque fois de redescendre à la réception pour réactiver) plats du room-service qui traîne dans les couloirs dont la moquette est salie à plusieurs endroits mais le pire est à venir: On nous informe que le SPA (sauna uniquement) & la piscine sont accessibles aux résidents sauf que le 2ème jour une hôtesse du SPA nous poursuit «comme des voleurs presque » pour nous interdire l’accès (nous avons dû insister pour expliquer qu’on nous avait dit le contraire la veille) et le 3 em jours : SPA non accessible avant 14h ??? Alors qu’horaire d’ouverture affichée en gros de 6h à 22h … et enfin le petit déjeuner nous a été proposé à 30tnd/personne et au final facturé le jour du Check-out : 65 tnd !!! J’ai l’habitude des 5 ⭐️mais là je dois avouer que le mot: «service » ne semble pas avoir la même définition ici ! Je laisse très rarement des avis négatifs mais j’avoue que l’affront auquel j’ai eu droit m’a révolté au point que je n’ai pu m’empêcher en espérant que cela soit constructif pour l’avenir de cet hôtel qui possède un vrai potentiel.

Not the best arrival experience. Lots of security due to some VIP’s, felt like second tier at best guest. Received Iron that stained my shorts however they cleaned after requesting for new iron.
