First of all if your not going to hold a reservation till at least 10pm then why even offer reserve now, pay later. I got there around 7:29pm to find out I was suppose to be there by 6pm to pay and not loose my reservation. These people did not care if you were out of luck and having to scramble for a place to sleep late at night. They didnt try to find an alternative. Never had that experience...

No gasten su dinero
EVITEN la pena de quedarse en este lugar, de vdd que hay mejores hoteles de paso que esta ubicación, la limpieza terrible sabanas sucias algunas rotas de lo viejas, cabellos por todos lados, las fundas de las almohadas muy manchadas, No cuenta con estacionamiento y la calle esta llena de indigentes, hubo varios ruidos a las 3 am de alarmas , el servicio de check in es como si te hicieran el favor y pedimos toallas para 3 huéspedes solo dejaron una, la realidad es que no es tampoco una ganga para aguantar por lo que recibes, si pueden quedarse en cualquier otro lugar eviten la pena de verdad no descansas porque los colchones se hunden también son muy viejos y lo peor de todo tuvimos 2 habitaciones y ambas olian a humedad es un olor tan intenso que no se puede descansar, la calefacción no funciona muy bien y solo despide un mal olor, en general tiene todo en contra de lo que un hotel debería ofrecer por lo que ya veo porque la tarifa es no reembolsable jamas regresaremos !!!

La habitación muy pequeña, nada parecida a las fotografías de la publicidad. La zona donde está el hotel para nada es familiar; gente durmiendo en la banqueta, inseguridad, prostitución. El hotel está ocupado mayormente por trabajadores de empresas. Definitivamente no es un hotel propio para familias.
