A gorgeous elegant property which is being lovingly restored. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would be enhanced further if the dining room/restaurant was reopened. There was no toaster or microwave in our room which meant cafes for breakfast, not an inconvenience but would have been easier to get our own. We would definitely recommend Maylands Lodge and would love to stay there again.

Our two-night stay at Maylands Lodge was incredible. Arriving and stepping into the house for the first time is an experience in and of itself. In once sense, it was like being transported back in time. The rooms themselves, though, were modern, spacious and comfortable. During our stay, we were torn between wanting to explore the city and relaxing at the lodge. In the end, we did both. If we go back to Hobart again, this is where we’ll be staying. Thanks ML team!

Communication prior to and at check-in was welcoming and informative. A very comfortable stay with the freedom to access most areas of the premises making it feel like home. Attention to detail and a sense of luxury made this accommodation special. The outlook toward the mountains and the river was calming. Conveniently close to dining, retail, city , water and parks.
