Absolute Gem!
Second stay, we come to Key West 1-2 times per year and this is a favorite place for us. We usually get a lanai room right next to the pool… very convenient! Great pool, fun vibe, wonderful staff. I try to recommend it as much as I can. Our other favorite place is The Perry which we just found out is the same owners. Can’t go wrong in either place.

Fantasy Fest Couple Escape

Amazing, only complaint I have is the music that was played around the pool. Loud aggressive Spanish music the whole time during the early afternoon. Little more of a variety would’ve been better. We booked two rooms at Havana cabana with no idea where it was compared to downtown. We had never been to Key West. It had a great vibe with music playing and food and energy. The rooms were clean. We slept well in the beds. They also have a shuttle service to downtown, which is only less than 10 minutes away, and I would highly recommend it for a great time lots of energy Amazing fun Vibe!

The pool area is obviously the main attraction, it is a beautiful area and well maintained. There were some biting insects in the area and many of the people had plenty of bites. Maybe it would be good to have some repellent available. My room literally had an extension cord plugged in that went to a light. Staff was very pleasurable to talk to. My only other issue was I was never told of a daily “resort fee & taxes”. My first time to a local resort and I did not know of such a thing. I did enjoy my time but probably won’t return.

The hotel actually surprised me. I didn't think it would be so nice, especially the pool area. The room was very cozy and spacious. The option of having free parking in Key West is definitely a plus. They offer free transportation during the day to the most touristic areas and that is appreciated even if I don't use the service. Of course I would stay at Havana Cabana again every time I return to my favorite town in Florida.
