They could do better
When you arrive there are.people smoking and vaping inside the doors so the lobby and elevators smell.
The check in was not a warm welcome but only asking for pasports and local tax payment. I had to return to the lobby to get the wifi pass and the breakfast hours for morning.
Our room required maintenance as water leaked from the wall onto the batroom floor and alot of the light fixtures did not work and fixture covers missing. We did experience alot of guest noise up untill 11 PM but it did get quiet after that with the occasional dog howling untill early morning.
The best part of the stay was the room cleanliness which was a full 5*
