Wasnt terrible. But wasnt the greatest
Room was very clean and comfortable. The photos online made this location look alot nicer than it was. We had no view and our room looked out to a wall. The parking garage was a pain to walk up and down to, to get to our car. The front desk associate who checked us in was extremely friendly and had their robot Cesar send up complimentary hot cocoa and snacks for our kiddos. The hotel is close to everything. Our stay wasn’t terrible but with our kids we will definitely choose another location next time.

Great Stay
I recently stayed at TownePlace Suites San Diego Downtown with my family, and overall, we had a great experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel condition was excellent, and everything was very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of minor issues. We didn't receive housekeeping services during our 3-night stay, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast time ended at 9 am, which felt a bit early for us, and the breakfast area was quite small and crowded. Despite these small inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Two day stay with baby- beds very uncomfortable, water pressure in shower nonexistent, the toilet kept running, the phone went off in the middle of the night saying the device being paired with it was not compatible (wasn’t pairing a device with their phone in the middle of the night, so no idea what that was about), overall condition of the room was meh.

This was a fantastic stay. The mattress and bedding were super comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and everything worked. The breakfast was good with a variety of hot selections. Room had a kitchenette. Courteous staff. Ice machine on ground floor. The parking garage was next to the hotel. A warning about the parking: like most big city parking garages, space was tight. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your Suburban or other huge vehicle.
