Customer Service Was Great.
The customer service was excellent. The wi fi was slow and I was unable to work. I assumed it was standard. The next morning I overheard that it needed to be rebooted. So it may work better that what I encountered. Food was great. We were there on one of the coldest days of the year, the water in the shower would not get hot. Not even warm. But I believe this would be a wonderful place for a vacation trip, just not great for the type of work that I needed to accomplish.

My heart is here at this lodge however they really need to do some work. Property is falling apart. This need a lot of TLC. How they allow no drainage from the roof tops is mind blowing and is resulting in holes everywhere, mold water damages so bad it’s can be unsafe. Please management don’t let this place fall into the wrong hands. If I could I’d buy this property immediately if I had a team willing to take on the massive challenge.

We loved it! Our room was so nice. Loved the big windows and the lake view. We came up for our anniversary and we think we are going to make it a yearly thing. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. I have zero complaints. Loved it here so much!

always enjoy returning to the lodge over the decades. The location is idyllic. I hate seeing the cutbacks that have let it decline, but the rooms themselves are neat, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms updated. The staff is all around excellent, friendly, engaging, professional. always feels like coming home.
