We arrived after a very delayed flight at 2:15am and were very excited to get some sleep, but instead we spend 30 minutes while the front desk clerk attempted to find our reservation even after i showed him multiple receipts. Not going to bed until 3:30 was definitely not ideal. There should be a better process.

The worst hotel around Paris Orly airport!!!

The room did not have a bathroom. The toilet and bathroom were shared among all guests. There was no towels available. The window did not have a view at all. It was facing direct to another room, which by the way had a person smoking on their window. The receptionist did not speak english.

Cannot review the property. Tried calling hotel's phone number and email many times and never got through. The "message hotel" feature on my reservation IS NOT to the hotel. I have been informed it is just Expedia staff contacting the hotel on my behalf so it takes days for a reply to come through. I got stranded in the airport because of the lack of communications and had to find new accommodations the night of arrival.

Le personnel, rien à dire mais malheureusement le descriptif de l’hôtel n’explique pas que les douche et les toilettes sont communes. Jai du payer le double pour avoir une chambre correcte mais la propreté n’était pas vraiment au rendez-vous, c’est a dire odeur, peinture qui s’écaille, poussière….

Inconfortable, mal isolé, hygiène à revoir.

Beaucoup trop rustique et peu confortable. La douche et toilettes sont annoncé dans la chambre et au final c'est à l'extérieur ! Hygiène à revoir. Pas de linge d'hygiène à disposition ni chausson. Manque énormément de lumière dans les chambres (minuscule fenêtre) même s'il y a des ampoules. Revoir les portes de séparation des différentes séparation car le claquement est horrible et hyper fort. Rien ne va. C'est beaucoup trop moyen.
