    Walking distance to the park

    I was surprised that neither a bottle of water nor a boiler with coffee or Tea in the room, and even a vending machine in the building. The room is full of space to store your clothes for a week, but who want to stay in a room for a week without at least a minibar and boiler. Next time I will go to a friendly neighbor Hotel such as Dream castle or Radisson with all the comforts for half price.

    Very Disappointing experience

    It took three attempts to find our room first allocation didn't exist second key didn't work. Had to walk a v long way with lots of bags with no assistance. Room was very dirty door to cabinste under sink was hanging off plug socket was loose and looked unsafe. It appeared nothing was replaced from previous guests ie empty tissue box part toilet roll.... also had personal cups go missing when room was cleaned assume thrown away which is of concern if I hadn't put them in the bin then they shouldn't have been going through my things on the table and deciding what was rubbish very disappointing

    Stay was lovely. Hotel facilities were great for our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only gripe that there was only a couple of plugs in the room. Could do with more socket points and maybe usb charging points

    Family friendly and good for a review

    The hotel was comfy. Maybe a little dated in the bedroom decor - but comfy and a warm stop at the end of the day after visiting Disneyland. Came with family member in a wheelchair. Going anywhere involved at least one trip in a lift because of this. From 1st floor going to park (on first floor!) involved 2 lifts. Not a deal breaker but needed planning :) Staff were very friendly and helpful. Family friendly and good for a getaway. Would recommend.

    The outside area was gorgously decorated for the Holidays. Great job! The COVID stations were well organized- and we felt pretty safe. The rooms need a refresh - but we loved the size of the room , windows looking out to woods and the bathroom was totally fine as is. The front desk needs more training. I know there are lots of staff out with the virus.. but 40 minutes with a front desk agent is too long - please steamline process. We never got a working Magic pass - but enjoyed our trip just the same.
