Very clean environment. Sea view rooms are enormous. The staff is great. Perfect location. 3 bad things - no hot water , the elevator does not work and they could tone down the music. Music starts blaring loud at 0800 AM and gets turned off at 1100 PM .

Excellent staff, room and hotel was clean and such a beautiful view. The drinks were not the greatest nor was the price. For example to I ordered a Pina Colada which came in a small glass with no ice and not a hint of alcohol taste. The second drink the next day was a glass of Baileys which was given to me In a shot glass for $7.00 or pesos $140.72.

Great Location on the Ocean
I love this place. It was my second visit. But I don't think it's fair to charge beach guests to replace room keys. Lost keys should be a fact of life and an absorbed cost of doing business, in my opinion. But I will be back.

Bonito hotel en Barra Vieja
Fuimos a una boda que estaba a 100 metros del hotel lo cual fue muy conveniente porque pudimos llegar caminando. Nuestra habitación tenía vista al mar y estaba limpia y de muy buen tamaño. El restaurante estaba rico y el servicio fue bueno. Lo mejor es el acceso directo a la playa

Buen lugar con sus excepciones.
Es un buen lugar, lamentablemente no funcionaba el elevador y las escaleras no contaban con suficiente iluminación. Además poner la basura en la entrada del hotel da muy mal aspecto. Nunca nos resolvieron el agua caliente de la regadera. Los costos de los alimentos me parecen excesivos con la calidad de los mismos. Ojalá puedan mejorar.
