小墾丁渡假村剛開幕那一年就來住過兩次，時隔25年再來舊地重遊，看到住宿的小木屋狀況還保持的不錯，實屬難得！ 園區內也有看到其他少數的小木屋在進行翻修維護中，草地與樹木都修剪的綠意盎然，看得到業主的用心！
