Bad. Left Much to be desired.
Definitely left a LOT to be desired. Front light was very poor. We thought it was closed. The room, I don't even know what to say. The bathroom light only half worked, the light on the was was holding the tv up, there were hairs on the pillow on one of the beds, we killed 5 bugs in the first hour, the toilet seat was not the correct size and neither was the tank cover, the shower blasted water all over the bathroom, there was a big hole in the wall above the shower, there was actually a hole in the shower wall itself, the smoke detector was unhooked and laying across the room on a shelf, the wall in the sleeping area was repaired but not completed and didn't meet the ceiling, the sheetrock was dented and pushed in along the floor, there were hooks for things like an ironing board and a hair dryer under the shelves, but nothing was there, the towels and washcloths were mismatched and sparse. I have to say, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever been at. For downtown Pigeon Forge, I expected a little better.

Avoid
Paid extra for early check in but they only had a different room available. No wifi, dirty, loud, and the front desk was extremely rude while taking personal calls. Our tv remote didn’t work and when asked for a new one they never came with one. Bed was caved in the middle, the wardrobe had a door broken off. One pillow had no case. the faucet was leaking all night.

OK but would not recommend. It severed purpose.
People checking in did not seem interested in me as a person, were holding a conversation amongst themselves (in another language) while checking me in. Bathtub was dirty and bed was terrible. TV would not switch channels or lower volume.

Roaches
Gave one star for the cheap rates. I didn’t expect a suite room with a jet tub but I expected a room that was clean. No wash cloths. TV couldn’t connect to wifi so therefor did not work. Lock on door was janky and had a hard time with it. Our friends room was the same. They actually only got 1 towel to share. TV didn’t work aswell. As we packed up to leave the next morning we saw a roach. It definitely did not come back in with us and we made sure none came home with us either. Be careful when you book

WORST HOTEL ON PARKWAY
I’ve stayed at many hotels in Pigeon Forge and this one was by far my worst experience. Staff was totally rude and unhelpful and refused to look up from their phones or get off the couch to help us. Was given 1 towel and when asked for more was told “there was none” so we went our entire stay with no new towels. Never saw a single housekeeper. Door had obviously been tampered with and was only secure on the night WE were locked out because the card reader had been taped back together with painters tape and had fallen off and was missing batteries. Deadbolt and chain were both broken. TV did not work, one usable outlet in the entire room and only one light worked. No exteriror lighting making for very unsafe trips down the steps. Made our trip unbearable did not even feel safe in our own room/no nice place to come back to.

Steer Clear!
Even for a low price I still don’t feel I got what I paid for. The property is very run down. No attendant on duty for check in. Upon entry the room smelled of cigarette smoke and odor. The lock on the door was broken so we had to prop a chair against it for the night because again, no attendant to see to the matter. We were provided with 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. Upon turning the shower on the knob fell off and we had to fix it before we could shower! We noticed that they had young children cleaning the rooms. The city was very crowded during our stay and I feel like they jacked the price way up due to this. Although we didn’t see any bugs this place gave me the creeps for sure!!

Horrible!!!
This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Shouldn’t even have the Wyndham name! First room we were given had a huge stain right in the middle of the bed on the sheets. Second room was just as disgusting and dirty. There were roaches, the lock on the door had the battery exposed. The bathroom was filthy. There was a sticky pad behind the toilet in the bathroom with with dead bugs in them. We paid over $150 a night. When I complained to the front desk his response was people should have read the reviews before booking there. The reviews on here didn’t say any of those things or I wouldn’t have booked here in the first place! When checking out I let them know I would be giving a bad review they told me that the bad reviews would get hidden. I’ve attached pictures to warn others . The pictures on the website are not even close to what this place actually looks like. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money. Also no Wi-Fi either.

In this one I didn’t stayed. As soon as I open the door cockroach star running everywhere. Staff knew about it and the guy just said “I know what do you want me to do”. Thanks to hotel. Com I was able to recover my money. Nasty very Nasty hotel. And by error I went to another room and my key opened the door, so it means any key can open any room.

I did not stay they canceled my reservation I had put on there I was going to pay at the hotel but they decided to charge my card for the 2 rooms and didn’t have enough. And it took me a while to find another hotel. Was really not happy about it. But I was happy it happened because someone was complaining about the rooms being dirty.
