There is no luxury here anymore. No concierge, no bell hop and no hot tub! Last 3 visits it was broken and under maintenance yet they charge you resort fee. Monitors in the gym not working and no robes or hotel toiletries given! Far cry from what it use to be!

I stayed one night payed out over 500.00 and was charged 43.00 for spa fee when I asked why they said because I had access to it even though I didn’t use it
