Last minute grab for a job, and they had the place I need. A room with no AC though there is a fan for circulation. Large fold up cot was firm and comfortable. There are two full function bsthrooms so taking a good shower was not a problem. A great last minute value, I left rested and refreshed.

It was really bare bones but, it was clean, safe and close to everything so, I’m quite happy with my stay. The street is quiet too so that was nice but, the noise from the hall when people were coming in and out was pretty loud. Still, it was reasonably priced and everything else was fine so, I would recommend it. Do note though that you should bring your own blow dryer and anything else you might need because there was nothing but a fridge and a microwave at your disposition, and a couple of body towels.

It is exactly as it is presented, very basic room with bed. The building is old so there are gaps around the doors that let a lot of sound in, and old windows allow for outside noise. But it was clean, easy check in, no-contact easy check out. Exactly what I needed at a decent price.

This was our second stay here and we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Toronto. Our room was simple which is all we need, but the microwave and mini fridge were a bonus. Clean and well maintained. Easy check in and very affordable. They offered us a room with a private bathroom at check in for a very reasonable upgrade cost.
