Recently reno’d so seems decently clean. Comfortable enough. Not gonna sleep late here because someone parked outside your window will rev their monster truck at 6am. But cheaper than most places in town.

Don't Recommend
At first glance the room looked decent. Upon checking the bathroom there was mold all around the tub area, the shower drain was clogged. The bed was lumpy and terribly uncomfortable. Once we pulled the sheets back there were pubic hairs in the sheets and dead roach on the head board. The only good thing about the room was the ac got the room very cold!

Not recommended
On one of the days that the room was cleaned, I found my “clean” towel was in fact a dirty towel that had been in n my floor. It was covered in hair and folded back up and placed like a new, clean towel. My room reeked of cigarettes although it was a non-smoking room. My A/C had two settings 65° and 77°. It would not adjust to anything else. The ice machine was out of service as were one of the two washers and one of the two dryers.
