When booking it says pay at property. The property will charge you card that you hold the reservation with days in advance. When it clearly states pay at property. Deposit seem to be different base on the style of room. Also pictures the pictures of the 1 bedroom suite show a balcony. When you get to the property the balcony isn’t accessible. None functional.

Nice room but a lot of hidden fees
Room was nice- night desk young man was polite- asked a lot of personal questions- I expect the usual - are you here on business or pleasure but when I answered business appointment- he wanted to know what kind of appointment??! He also launched into the info he needed to tell me and talked so fast I could barely keep up. Parking at the Hotel is $25. Yes - you read that right. $25 to park your car. The hotel was nice but the extra fees and parking made my room cost a lot more than advertised.

Quick stay! Nice service!
We only stayed for a quick overnight stay but the service was great and very friendly. Rooms aren’t super updated but very clean and I’m ocd about cleanliness. Bed was comfy and we had no issues.

Outstanding service. Setting a standard for others
We parked in a car park and discovered we were right by the hotel (use QR code to pay and not the machine). Very friendly greeting and discovered we got breakfast and they run a mini bus to take guests to local restaurants. David the driver was so good and friendly and picked us as agreed. Consequently a large tip followed!!!! Room was fine and bed very comfortable.

Amazing! Front office staff was so kind and helpful! The elevator stuck for few minutes but the lady was so prompt to help and as a compensation, she didn’t charge for parking for a night. Very professional!
