A Foul Dive on the Silas Deane
Awful; should have known when I was offered a smoking or non-smoking room; room reeked of smoke and urine - 3 days later back in South Carolina, I can still smell the cigarette smoke. Should have stayed in my car!

Poor customer service
First they gave me a room already occupied and I found this out by going to the room and the key card would not work. Got a room on second floor with terrible steps that was much harder to get to. Came back from doing something on the second day and the key card would not work. Had to go back down those steps to office and get it re-activated and office worker just said that happens sometimes-nothing else. Not happy with the service.

Cleansing at Motel 6, Wethersfield, Connecticut
After I get the second room, which was a double bedroom I did not originally order that type of room so now this is the third room because I got the first room with the double queen size bed that was good and then I got a second room that had too much flights in it Now I’m in the third room and it’s the same issue flies dirty infested flies just flying from all over the place, I would not recommend motel six in the Wethersfield Connecticut at all and I’ve done business before with this establishment, but never received this type of service

When I went to check in the room that I originally booked the room for queen size double bed was not available that was sold out so I was sent to another room that had a bunch of flies in that room. Then, after that I was sent to another room That had flies as well, but I decided to swap them flies instead of bothering customer service that already looked annoyed because I explained the original room that I booked why was it not available so I did not bother to request another room.
