I really was inconvenienced. I booked two queen bed rooms and it wasn’t until I arrived that I was aware that my rooms were not available because of their renovations. The receptionists told me that I had to find another hotel. I told them that they would need to figure out where I was going to stay because they should have contacted me prior to my arrival. I drove for about 4 hours and I experienced a harsh trip. I was not about to give myself more work. One of the receptionists offered a discount because the rooms that I was staying at for the evening was not what I booked. They promised that I would move to my rooms the next day. My guest and I decided that we would stay in the king rooms they gave us because it would be too much to switch rooms the next day. So I asked the receptionists how would my rate change if I were to stay in the king bedroom. She told me of another discount. When they charged my account, they did not give me my full discounts for being inconvenienced and for staying in a king instead of a queen room. It took several back and forth with them to clear that out. I ended up canceling my event that evening because I was too busy going back and forth with them. I returned to this hotel because my prior experiences with them were good. This experience was a nightmare.

Thanksgiving Weekend 2024
The hotel was nice and in a good location for where we had to visit and get to the airport. The climate control either had the room too hot or too cold and would push out cold air to cool the room off. Considering we went at the end of November, that was not good. We ended up turning the climate control off altogether.
I would also suggest putting throw pillows onto the couch as a nice touch.

The system was down not allowing anyone to check-in. Given a room that had been clearly smoked in and had a nasty smell. Staff was aware and asked me to see the room before assigning it to me. They were waiting for a deep cleaning crew to get the smoke smell out. Also breakfast did not start till after 7 am but we had to head out by the time breakfast actually started

Worst hotel experience ever
It’s was absolutely horrible ! I wish I could get my money back. The internet was down, I could not work , I also had the kids with me some they could not access entertainment. The fridge was leaking my son fell in the water Pooled around the fridge , the lamp was broken , they ran out of paper towel and toilet paper for the rooms , it’s was a totally disaster . Never ever going back here and I will be emailing hotels.com for a refund . Stay away
