O quarto era muito feio, parece que fizeram um ajeito e não uma reforma. O piso do quarto remendado, porta horrível para abrir e fechar. A vista da janela dava para um pátio abandonado. Não tinha interfone e a Internet não pegou de jeito nenhum. A limpeza não era 100%. Você percebe que é um hotel que foi muito glamouroso em anos atrás e hoje está bem decadente. De bom, tinham as camas, toalhas e lençóis limpos, água no banheiro e o café.

Muito ruim! As instações bastante antigas. Ar condicionado horrível, velho demais; as portas sem segurança; banheiro sem espelho; muito barulhento; no andar em que fiquei o sensor estava queimado; precisei usar a lanterna do meu celular ao sair do elevador. As toahas não ficam no quarto, são entregues na recepção. Não recomendo, principalmente para mulheres.

HOTEL E QUARTO PÉSSIMOS
Lugar horroroso. Sujo, antigo todo caindo aos pedaços. Quartos sujos com barata e cheiro ruim e de mofo. Banheiro sujo, sem tapete (assim que cheguei pedi um tapete, e só foram me entregar a noite depois de cobrar novamente.Os recepcionistas fumando bem na entrada. As camas não tinham nem sequer lençol e estavam todas sujas e manchadas. Janelas sujas. PÉSSIMO local pra se hospedar, localização horrivel também, em frente a bares com músicas altas e muitos ladrões e sujeira, região perigosa. Pedi cancelamento e não sabiam me informar nada direito sobre e sobre o estorno. Me mostraram outros quartos, um até com barata andando pelo quarto. Falei com os recepcionistas e direção (duas mulheres mal educadas que não resolveram nada). Queriam me cobrar taxa de cancelamento e eu não aceitei, pois o hotel estava em pessimas condições em tudo, o café da manhã horroroso tambem, bem sujo as coisas de refeição.
