Great property and I have stayed before. The one thing that myself and other guests I have booked share is the discomfort with the pillows. Now that you are redecorating...they are oddly a cause of not great sleep. Two are two high but one alone is not robust enough to keep one's head supported. Faulty contactless registration
We registered online so therefore, we would have a contactless registration. We arrive to the hotel about 5:12 and my husband immediately went to the bathroom while I went to pick up the keys because we had already pre-registered. Ariel at the front desk refuse to honor my credit card and my photo ID, which was my license. She said Norman has to register. I said but you saw him. He went to the bathroom. I’m sorry, but he must register. Ariel gave us the wrong type of room. We did not want near exit nor elevator. I had to go back downstairs and Brianna was next to her. I said I’ll deal with you. She found the correct type of room. I stood there and watch Ariel treat everyone else with respect except for us and it means that she needs to be retrained because we have been coming to this hotel. We are silver members. No one should be treated like that. And we had a horrendous journey with the GPS stopping, etc. to run into a person with no respect for seniors.
