First class three day stay
The hotel is absolutely first class in every way. The share beauty of the hotel along with the extremely friendly and helpful staff made for ann enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated along with being meticulously clean. The breakfast as well as the restaurants at the hotel were outstanding. What can I say other than I had an incredible 5 night stay! I enjoyed the included wonderful breakfast spread, hiking 3 days with the included hotel hiking guide, going to the Wellness area, afternoon treats. They will also pick guests up at the Pontresina train station. I had such a marvelous time at Hotel Walther, that I will be going there again next year but for a longer stay.

First class all the way
I stayed at Hotel Walther over the long Easter weekend. From the moment I arrived at Pontresina Station my stay was first class all the way. The hotel sent their driver to pick me up, and Mrs Walther personally welcomed me when I arrived a short five minute car ride later. Hotel Walther is at the quieter end of the small town of Pontresina, with fantastic mountain views. The hotel is beautiful, lots of light wood and traditional Swiss textiles, completely fresh, up-to-date and scrupulously clean. Lovely buffet breakfast included, extremely helpful concierge, and when I checked out they packed me off to the station with a lunch bag for the train! I'm coming back in July to see Pontresina in the summer and Hotel Walther is the only place I want to stay.

Super freundlicher Service. Tolles Frühstück. Sehr schöne Infrastruktur. Wir waren nur eine Nacht und hatten ein Standardzimmer im ersten Stock. Leider waren die Betten nicht so toll. Die Matratzen waren uns etwas zu hart und die Kopfkissen etwas zu dünn weshalb wir nicht sehr gut geschlafen haben. Wir kommen aber gerne noch einmal, dann aber in einer anderen Zimmerkategorie.
