This place exceeded our expectations! It is situated in an awesome and quiet location close to grocery, shops, food, and several beaches.
The place was clean, king bed and sofa bed were comfortable, the kitchenette was a perfect size and well-stocked. The host was courteous and responsive. Additionally, we enjoyed the pool in the evenings.
The building has an elevator and an ice machine. The elevator had a bit of a lag, but it worked and there were luggage carts available.
I was not sure what to expect regarding public beach access, but there are plenty of options around. The parking can be limited, so just be sure to have a couple of options as a backup. We visited mid-July and had no issues finding parking at about 10am. One of the afternoons we took a stroll in the Seaside and Rosemary Beach area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
