Lincoln Nebraska
1 night stay last minute booking. Overall a good stay for the price paid $103 a night. Area felt safe and plenty of parking for a car close to hotel entrance. Hotel is looking a little tired perhaps due to age - not an issue for me as it is much better than many places I have stayed in a similar price bracket. I always go for hotels with a breakfast included to save time and money there was a $1 up charge for this but it was worth it for me you are not going to find another place with a $1 breakfast. The breakfast bar was very clean and with a good selection of food types in a large area More fruit would be ideal though please as only red apples and an orange were available. Bed linen was clean as were the windows and bathroom and free WiFi available. If Lincoln again I would stay there as worked for me for business.

Stayed longer than one night so they didn’t clean the room and when asked, the front desk said it had to be requested. Thats fine... but no signage nor any comment made at check in. Older building with quite a few patches throughout the building and room.

Come on in, the water is fine!
Its a nice hotel, good location for our needs. Breakfast is hot and plentiful. My only complaint was about the pillows, they were so uncomfortable and the long check in line. But once I grabbed a pillow at Walmart that problem was solved.

Bad experience
We booked this location cause it said it had bar and restaurant onsite...callesneven called asked before I booked ..was told they did and upon arrival .. restaurant under construction and bar closed...the front desk clerk was very unknowledgeable about the area.. since bar was closed was recommended another place within walking distance and that place was closed ..and had been out of business since September. .also my CC was over charged so still awaint credit on that
