Modern, serene paradise
The entire experience was amazing! This hotel is an oasis on the coast with amazing food and drinks with fresh, healthy ingredients. Our room was more like a modern villa with a private staircase and enormous balcony with lounge furniture overlooking a courtyard with a reflecting pool and lush trees. Beyond the courtyard, you can see the ocean right from the balcony. The security guards protect the space from other tourists so it is very private and has roped off loungers on the beach. With a short walk, you can walk to the grocery store, restaurants and bars.

Beautiful property with plenty of shaded areas. Rooms are modern and clean with daily servicing. All staff are very friendly, helpful and seem happy to be there. Included breakfast selections are delicious and varied. Arca has its own 24 hour security guard. There is a small convenience store about a 5 minute walk up the beach and there are many excellent dining options within a short walking distance. Overall we loved our stay here!!!

My boyfriend and I just recently went to Arca to celebrate my 21st birthday. I have stayed in Roatán before in other hotels but nothing compares to Arca. You are surrounded by beauty and a wonderful staff team (Olive especially) that are more than helpful with everything and make you feel so welcome. It is very quiet and relaxing to stay here, yet you still have all of west bay if you want to party a little louder. This was most definitely my best experience in Roatán. I would highly recommend to everyone to stay here.

Charming and hospitable!
Marvelous stay at this small hotel! Being right in front of the beach, you fall asleep listening to the waves. Staff was extremely attentive, the room was stylish, clean and very comfortable. The rooms are not equipped with coffee maker or phones (we used WhatsApp to request room service and arrange excursions, and every morning there was complimentary coffee available by the pool for those who are early risers.) The area around the hotel felt safe even after sunset, with plenty of water-front restaurants nearby (our favorite one was the Argentine Grill, about a mile from the hotel.) If you decide to eat at Arca, their food is delightful too! (Most of our breakfasts in Roatan were enjoyed here.) The beach itself is busy, even noisy at times especially if you're staying in the rooms that face the water. (We slept until 8am and woke up to vendors yelling, boats coming and going, and the occasional kid squealing in the public beach area, but that's beyond Arca's control and it didn't take away from our experience.) Overall, we found Arca's boutique hotel to be charming and look forward to another visit.
