Beautiful resort! I love that a shuttle/ferry boat takes you to the Big French Key private island! Food from Herby's was great and the gym has fully functional equipment. The only thing I wish I would've looked into was the location of the resort because I had the most trouble getting transportation from shuttle included excursions booked on Viator as they do not come out that far. It's a 30 min drive from West End. Taxi rate is high.

We had an amazing time! Our condo was beautiful and very clean. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and kept our condo spotless. The guys at the front desk and the drivers were more than accommodating and went above and beyond for us each time. The spa employees were also terrific. The food and drinks at both restaurants were great. Such a fantastic trip and we can’t wait to come back!

I want to warn guest about taxis. The front desk thought they were doing me a favor telling me I could get a taxi on the street which I didn't think anything of. I had to negotiate the price. I also didn't think anything about that. However, after I got into the taxi, he drove me down the street and then tried to drop me off. I ultimately got to my location. But that was not a pleasant experience. The hotel should know better. The taxi driver is really ripped to us off with their pricing. The hotel should do something to take care of that for guests needing to go places.

Spacious suites, very comfortable beds, and a well managed resort. The front desk staff were all incredible. The convenience of the onsite restaurants was great. Shout out to DJ muddy and Karaoke night!

hotel was lovely. beautiful pool and waterfall. good breakfast. room was a bit small but comfortable. plug on hairdryer looked cracked. shower different. loose handle on turn on part. had to pull down on lower unit to get shower to flow. receptionists were very helpful. only disappointment was we were supposed to get airport transfer and no one showed up. had to take a taxi. There is no gift shop on the property of any kind so could not purchase needed toiletries. there are no sidewalks to walk to store of any kind. so unless you have a car or use a taxi, no way to get to conveniences
