Wonderful place to stay!
There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. Your stay here will inspire you to consider building your own tiny house! I am definitely taking some of Alvia‘s decorating ideas. 😘

This was the cutest Tiny house ever! The owner was super nice and attentive. If there is anything negative to say, its the loft area is definitely made for little people. Highly recommend if you are looking for quaint and homey.

This an adorable tiny house in a neighborhood with an average amount of traffic noise. It is a quick drive to the airport. The bedding is clean and white. The downstairs bed is very comfortable (I didn’t try the upstairs beds). The pantry and fridge are stocked with affordable snacks. There is even oat creamer for the Keurig. The host is quick to respond with help to texts. The bathroom is small with a lovely shower. I used up all the hot water kind of quickly-well 10 minutes. I loved the towels, face clothes, toiletries, the white robes and sanitized slippers. The tv is difficult for me to work, but I think it was just my fault. There is a cute electric fireplace that makes me feel cozy. I could easily stay here with my family for multiple days. I feel so safe with the tall fence that locks. I enjoyed sitting out front where no one could see me (when the sun finally came out). Overall I highly recommend this property to families up to 4 (5 if auntie wants to sleep on the leather couch)

2/10 Poor

I booked this space for three nights and left after only one night. This space was cleaned with a toxic cleaning agent that was not cleared up properly with water afterwards. The floor was sticky with it. After I left, I had to wipe down my luggage to get it off. I had a reaction to the chemical and notified the owner after waking up from sleep suffocating. She came over and agreed to me leaving and to refund the remaining two days. She informed me that her previous guests had made a mess so she used too much cleaning agent. I arrived at 12:15 am and was gone by 9:30 am save day. I traveled for two days internationally and just needed some rest. This place was not restful. Expedia notified me that she refused to return the remaining two days. The cancellation policy allows me to cancel with a one night penalty, which would have been fine, but to steal a person's money, that's not fine. To lie to a customer, that's not fine.

The cottage was amazing! The accommodations went beyond our expectations. Our host made sure everything was just right. The cottage was beautiful and well appointed. Outdoors was a patio with a porch to relax on while listening to the water trickling in the pond. The property was secure with a privacy fence around it. We were there briefly to see family so being able to come and go at our leisure was great. If we have the opportunity to return this will be the only place we stay.

Treat yourself to a wonderful hideaway
This tiny house is beautiful inside and out. The tall fence surrounding it makes for a completely private oasis. The outdoor area includes a beautiful, calming water feature, a barbecue grill, and rocking chairs on the porch. The inside is artfully decorated and appointed. The queen bed downstairs is comfortable, there is a coffeemaker and microwave, as well as dishes, silverware, and glassware. There is a large assortment of snacks and beverages to purchase. The bathroom has everything you might need, including bathrobes to use and lots of toiletries. You’ll love the the rainfall shower head. The loft upstairs is quite low, and would be a challenge for all but the smallest adults. The two beds are comfortable, and it’s a great place for kids. We were enchanted by this space, and definitely plan to stay here again. You’ll never find anything prettier.

Florida vacation
What a wonderful place to stay! It was totally worth every penny. It was comfortable, clean, it felt like home. The owner was attentive and gracious. She kept in communication with us at all times making sure we were doing good and if we needed anything. This is great for a couple or a small family. The two beds and the space upstairs is best for small children. If you want to feel at home during vacation then this small house is your place. We would definitely return and recommend this rental.

Oh my goodness!
The Tiny Cottage is beyond absolutely wonderful! I was in awe of the ambience (even had a cozy electric fireplace) and cleanliness. The outside courtyard area is meticulous and beautiful which is where I enjoyed the best breakfast (which included bacon cooked to perfection and medley of fresh fruit) I’ve had in years. It was served with lovely tableware and and a warm and friendly hostess. I left with a big smile, relaxed and refreshed - planning my next stay!
