The hotel is in a great location, easy walk into the city centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I loved the hydration stations on each floor to refill the water bottle. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Room was a good size. General property was in a good state, pu lic areas clean, fresh and pleasant. Within 20 minutes walk of the cathedral and majority of restaurants/pubs. Spa / pool was underwhelming.

Very clean hotel, staff were very polite and always someone on hand if needed. Rooms are a good size and well equipped, sadly for me I found the beds very uncomfortable, the mattress is very firm, pillows uncomfortable and the duvet wasn’t big enough for the bed so everytime one of us moved the duvet uncovered the other. It was a shame as we couldn’t fault anything else, the location was fab and close to everything but without the noise of the town disturbing you but just didn’t sleep well due to the bed.

Excellent staff. Very comfortable. Good choice for breakfast. Very clean. Very good location for the centre. Although quite busy no trouble parking - reasonable rate too. Only issue we had was we had no hot water. They had a burst hot water pipe on our first morning, although I appreciate nothing could be done whilst repairs going on we received no notification or updates about this
