Everything was absolutely excellent!!! The room was huge and beautiful. Every single employee was extremely friendly and kind. The pool and beach was awesome and the service was great. Our butler Randy was the best. He made everything perfect to celebrate my birthday with every little detail decorating my room full of balloon, flowers, banner, cake and champagne. The food was incredibly delicious. I’m for sure coming back.

We had an excellent time and experience! The only issue was the personnel from the Travel Club. One specific associate was rude and confrontative. This situation should never happened. This massive property has lots of great amenities with shuttle/golf cart service to help drive you to every corner. Food was decent, recommend booking your resturants when you get there as they book up fast. Resort and beach were clean and drink pours were generous. Lobby bar has the best drinks ! The service from the staff was excellent. Shout out to our butler Norielis who was so detail oriented, considerate and flexible with managing all kinds of request and helping us smoothly navigate through the resort. Would recommend to bring some bug spray as lots of mosquitos at times.
