It was terrible from start to finish and I’m concerned that my refund won’t come through. The first room, the safety hinge came off in my hands because it was missing bolts. We changed to another room with a dirty bathtub. When offered to move to a third room I refused and the manager was rude and insisted I look at the third room before issuing me a refund. That was inappropriate and my time had already been wasted with moving twice with my child/. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel was poor. Carpet in common stairwells was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed, Lobby area was not clean, water was dirty, no cups, no coffee or hot tea at the water and coffee stations. The stations were there but unstocked and dirty. Pool sign said it was closed for maintenance but that’s not true. The hot tub was out of order but the pool was “open” despite a large sign on the door saying the pool is closed. Just a don’t stay here until the property is cleaned, repaired, and under new management or ownership.
