Veldig hyggelige ansatte. Hver gang jeg var ute og spiste frokost, var rommet rengjort da jeg kom tilbake (om jeg hang ut skilt om at jeg ønsket renhold). Veldig fint basseng-/og strandområde. Resorten ligger rett ved shopping, restauranter og uteliv. Men man hørte ikke nope støy i resorten.

Fin beliggenhet, men noe slitt

Området består av mange små(helt like) hus. Husene har sett sine beste dager, og er litt slitne. Det er resorten generelt egentlig, men man kan se at det har vært veldig fint en gang. Og ikke missforstå, det er fortsatt veldig hyggelig der - men gartneren er kanskje ikke like på jobb som han var før.. Huset var som sagt litt slitt, men det hadde grei størrelse og det fulgte med håndkler til stranda. Døren kan ikke lukkes helt, så kjøp gjerne med myggspray/insektsspray. Det hjalp! Men det ligger fantastisk til helt nede ved vannet, og utendørsgymmen ser veldig kul ut(stort sett full av meget muskuløse unge briter i baris da vi var der). Masasje på stranda, rett ved bassenget som var billig og bra. Smoothiebowl i bassengbaren var FANTSTISK GOD! Den anbefales! De lagde også ferske proteinshakes etc for de som ønsker slikt. Bassenget er basically PÅ stranda, og solsenger som kan brukes både til strand og basseng kostet ingenting å bruke. Så ut som det var mye tilbud/aktiviteter på stranden(bananbåt, skjerm etter bår, baderinger, leie av vannscooter etc) Mye restauranter i Chaweng, men også et sted som endrer seg en del på kveldstid, da går familiene hjem, og byen er klar for party! Festen merkes ikke på hotell Billig med rens av klær på hotellet i forhold til andre hoteller vi bodde på, og rask levering også. Stort shoppingsenter rett over gaten for hotellet. Kort vei til flyplassen - ikke mer enn 10 minutter med bil(som forøvrig er den fineste flyplassen jeg har besøkt!)

Dirty Water

This resort had brown water running through the faucets in the sink and the shower in ALL the rooms when we stayed. This is completely unacceptable as it means we were unable to shower or even brush our teeth. When we notified the front desk, we were moved to six different rooms that all had brown water. In the end they asked if we would want to stay in a room where one of the beds didn’t have sheets or pillows but allegedly had “clean” water (the water was actually brown fyi so this was a complete lie from the workers). They also initially wanted us to pay for the room “upgrade” which is completely unreasonable — we paid for a room with clean water. The manager and front desk worker seemed completely unorganized and not hospitable as they completely disregarded our complaints. The workers didn’t even offer to grab us sheets for the bed. Even when we asked to get fully refunded, neither seemed to know how to get the refund, how the bookings were done, or how to get our money back. Also the WiFi completely stopped working at some point. Overall, we wasted almost four hours trying to find a new room and trying to get a refund before finally leaving the hotel **warning for all future guests — make sure to plug the drains and run the water in the sink/shower for several minutes. The water would always turn brown after a few seconds**

Schöne grüne Anlage mit 1A Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft spartanisch ausgerüstet aber sauber. Kleiner altersschwacher Kühlschrank. Basics wie Teller, Messer usw. fehlen. Sehr schön war das eigene Schwimmbecken ! Auf das das Frühstück haben wir verzichtet; statt dessen bei Starbucks geholt ( 5 Minuten von der Anlage entfernt, öffnet täglich 07:30 ) Mittagssnack im Central Shopping Center oder den bekannten Burger Läden. Der Strand war sauber und es gab jede Menge Liegen incl. Schirm. Kleine Taschenlampe sollte immer griffbereit sein..in unserem Fall 1 x 5 Minuten und 1 x 2 Stunden Stromausfall.

Like a lot of reviews say, this place is pretty run down. They have made some upgrades to the rooms, but not enough. Definitely overpriced for what it is. The grounds need some serious work, too. Bring your own shampoo! They just put in a new outdoor gym right near the beach if you’re into that, but it also got in the way of my “Seaview” room. On the plus side, the location is great, the pool is nice, wifi good and the staff is amazing. But I wouldn’t do it again.

POSITIV: -Die 'Villen' sind zwar vom Interieur nicht auf dem schönsten Stand, aber sie bieten viel Platz und es ist angenehm ruhig ( das bisschen Fluglärm ist erträglich) - Es gibt Mückennetz um das Bett, Safe im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut - Die Putzdamen sind großartig. Jeden Tag wird gesäubert und nach Wunsch Betten bezogen -Wenn nicht gerade Stromausfall ist, funktioniert das WLan sehr gut -Das Receptionspersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit NEGATIV: -Die Anlage ist heruntergekommen und vergammelt, bis in die letzte Ecke. Es werden weder mal die Wege noch die Grünanlage gefegt/gesäubert. Auch nicht auf 4 x Nachfragen und bitten -Der 'hauseigene Strand' ist verdreckt. Während die Nachbar-Hotels/Bars vor der eigenen 'Haustüre' den Müll/Algen/Kippen/Plastik etc. zusammenkehren, würde das dem Personal der Beach Bar nicht im Traum einfallen. -Der Beachbereich ist eine Katastrophe. Vergammelte dreckige Auflagen, kaputte Sonnenschirme und rundherum einfach dreckig -Den Pool habe ich nicht genutzt. Da sich keiner um die Anlage kümmert, wird dieser sicher auch nicht gesäubert oder mit Chlor versehen -Der Bereich neben der 'Massagestation' sieht aus wie eine Müllkippe. Ekelig Alles in Allem: Wie kann man so simple Dinge wie Wege/Strandbereich sauber halten, fegen und ein bisschen pflegen nicht hinbekommen ? Ist doch die Referenz des Resorts? Kann man wirklich nur mit dem Kopf schütteln

Piekne miejsce super domki położone wsrod cudownej natury plaza bardzo ladna bezpośrednio przy basenie. Lokalizacja najlepsza jaka moze byc w samym centrum tętniącego zycia a zarazem iest cisza nie slychac hałasu z ulicy.
