Really nice, interesting property. Good walking, birdwatching, activities. Loved it on the Thursday I stayed when it was quiet. Friday and Saturday it was full of families and kids. Still enjoyable, but the atmosphere definitely changed The room in the forest was really nice! Very unique and beautiful. Food at the Restaurant was very good.

It is a natural sanctuary with incredible gastronomy and service. You HAVE to take into account that you walk on uneven and slippery territory to be able to go to the rooms, restaurant and pool. It is not easy to get around. If you are sensible to light at night, the trail lights stay on all night and the curtains let the light in.

Buscábamos un lugar de descanso y no lo fue
El hotel me gusta mucho pero esta vez nuestra experiencia fue muy mala. Había un evento empresarial y los huéspedes hicieron fiesta en la villa de a lado, solicitamos si podían bajar el ruido a la 1am en recepción y solo se cambiaron a otra cabaña del otro lado. El ruido excesivo estuvo hasta la 4am y a pesar de que llamamos 3 veces a recepción para hacerles saber no tuvimos ninguna solución. Nuestra idea era ir a descansar porque es el concepto del hotel, incluso hicimos upgrade a una cabaña de categoría más alta. No hubo ninguna comunicación por parte del hotel para disculparse, ofrecernos un cambio de habitación o simplemente solucionar el tema. Pasamos la noche fatal.
