I will not subject myself to Première Class again.

I left my comments when you asked me about check in. I will add that the scent of cigarettes often pervaded the room from other rooms (non smoking rooms), there were cigarette burns in the cover blanket, and the internet never lasted more than 5 minutes without me having to turn the WiFi on and off. Honestly, I selected this hotel based on pricing, but after this stay, I was scared as Hell bc before I left the Inited States I booked three additional days the following week. Currently waiting for a call back from the management, bc there is no way, on Gods green Warth, I will subject myself to another stay at such a wretched place.

Mécontentement

Nous sommes arrivés et nous avons eu une chambre dans un état pas trop convenable Avec preuve en photo Avec énormément de bruit et une personne qui ne connaissait pas trop son poste de travail Ayant déjà réservé une chambre a premier classe Lisieux ou nous avons jamais était déçu Petit déjeuner a Lisieux avec beaucoup d'assortiment contrairement a celui de Évreux où il n'y a que du pain beurre

The poor girl on reception seemed like she had been thrown in the deep end. Why she needed to write our credit card details on a scappy piece of paper that was left on the reception desk I have no idea so I ended up going back to ask her what was to be done with this information and asked her to get rid of it securely. She didn't know how we had to log on to the free WiFi and said she would have to speak to someone later. Obviously policing the No Smoking policy is always going to be difficult but the room smelt horrible. There was no toilet paper in the room but the receptionist was able to provide us with some. This was just a very basic overnight stop on our way to the ferry in Calais but we have been in better. The Sat Nav had difficulty getting us to the property and we drove past it at least twice.

Vetuste, coupure d'électricité hier soir et ce matin, je n'ai pas pu me sécher les cheveux.... Salle de bain très très étroite. Pas de gobelet pour se laver les dents. On entend tout ce qui se passe dehors..

Prestation mitigee, chambre conforme à l'attendue mais ménage à moitié réalisé (poubelle non vidée, serviettes manquantes.....) - certainement un oubli ponctuel mais surtout le bruit, des conversations en pleine nuit à 1h00 - 2h00 du matin pendant les 2 nuits........

Hôtel qui a besoin d’une grosse rénovation !! Hôtel vétuste mais ce qui rattrape la note est la sympathie et la gentillesses du personnel agréable et accueillant. Courage à toute l’équipe qui fait de son mieux malgré un outil de travail qui a besoin d’une grosse renovation

Juste acceptable pour le prix.

Accueil chaleureux mais chambre en mauvais état, vétuste, bien que propre et lit correct. Les joints de porte laissent passer l'air... et le bruit !

Chambre conforme aux attendus, bien placée a une des extrémités du batiment donc moins sujette aux passages. RAS sur les fonctionnalités. A noter que le crépi commence à s'écailler par endroit.
